Andhra Pradesh government has given good news to the unemployed. On October 20, the AP government issued an order allowing the filling up of 212 vacant posts of junior assistants under group-2 in the government departments of AP. APPSC has been directed to start the process of filling up the posts immediately.These posts are available in agriculture, animal husbandry, general administration department, higher education, home, municipal, planning, planning and other departments. Most of these posts are 30 in APPSC office, 31 in land administration department and 20 in examination department of school education department.
Earlier, the government approved the filling of 508 Group-II posts. But there were large demands from the unemployed to increase the number of posts. After considering their demand, the government has released 212 additional posts. With this, the total number of Group-2 posts has reached 720.

Meanwhile, in the past, CM Jagan gave a green signal to fill the vacant Group 1 and Group 2 posts in the state. It has been decided to fill more than 1000 posts. The CM directed the officials to release the notification regarding the filling up of the posts as soon as possible. The CM reviewed the filling of vacant Group-1 and Group-2 posts. Officials provided details about the vacant posts to the CM. He said that the details of the vacancies have been brought from various departments of the government.
